Partnering with a leading global asset manager to appoint a Marketing Manager

We are partnering with a leading global asset manager to appoint a Marketing Manager into its UK marketing team. Supporting a well-established distribution business, this role will play an integral part in delivering marketing activity that enhances client engagement, supports fundraising objectives and promotes the firm's investment capabilities.

This is a hands-on position focused on the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of channels and audiences, primarily institutional. Working closely with distribution, investment and marketing stakeholders, you will help bring campaigns to life, ensuring activity is delivered effectively, on time and with measurable impact.

The opportunity would suit a marketing professional with experience in asset management or financial services who enjoys managing multiple initiatives, collaborating with a broad stakeholder group and delivering high-quality campaigns in a commercial environment.

The successful candidate will be involved in:

  • Delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, supporting a range of products, client segments and business priorities
  • Coordinating campaign activity across digital, content, social media, events and brand teams to ensure successful execution
  • Supporting product launches, thought leadership initiatives and client communication programmes
  • Assisting with audience segmentation and client journey activity to improve targeting and engagement
  • Working closely with distribution teams to ensure marketing activity supports commercial objectives and client needs
  • Managing campaign timelines, deliverables and stakeholder expectations throughout the delivery process
  • Coordinating with creative teams, content specialists and external agencies to produce high-quality campaign materials
  • Monitoring campaign performance and supporting the production of reporting dashboards and performance updates
  • Analysing engagement data to identify opportunities for optimisation and improved campaign effectiveness
  • Sharing insights and best practices across the marketing team to support continuous improvement
  • Supporting the development of marketing measurement frameworks and ROI reporting

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience in campaign marketing, client marketing or integrated marketing within asset management or financial services
  • Proven track record delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through to execution
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing and client engagement initiatives
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across marketing, sales and investment teams
  • Experience working with analytics, campaign reporting and performance measurement tools
  • Ability to interpret marketing data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Experience managing relationships with external agencies and third-party providers
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree educated in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline would be advantageous
