Role Description
The Marketing Manager role is a full-time, remote position based in Eastleigh. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that promote HomeandBeyond Finance’s services across local, digital, and traditional channels.

Day-to-day tasks include:

- Developing campaigns
- Coordinating content creation
- Managing social media and email marketing
- Direct marketing
- Participating in relevant marketing and networking events
- Overseeing website updates
- Monitoring performance metrics to optimize outreach
The role also involves collaborating with advisors and leadership to shape messaging, ensure brand consistency, and support lead generation initiatives. The Marketing Manager will be expected to stay informed about market trends in financial services and integrate compliant, customer-focused communications into all marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning in a service-oriented or financial sector environment.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and channels, such as social media management, email marketing platforms, and website content management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compliant, and engaging marketing content for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track campaign performance, interpret customer insights, and inform marketing decisions.
- Familiarity with UK financial services, mortgages, or protection products is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Students studying marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Eastleigh and engaging directly with internal stakeholders and partners.
