At Shaping Lives, we're seeking an ambitious Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing strategy and help drive the growth of an exciting and purpose-led brand. Working closely with our Marketing Director and supported by the wider Knovia Marketing Team, you'll have the freedom to shape campaigns, influence business growth, and bring fresh ideas to life.

What You'll Be Doing
As Marketing Manager, you'll lead the development and delivery of marketing activity across multiple channels, helping to grow brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering the overall marketing strategy in line with business objectives.
- Creating and executing integrated B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
- Producing compelling sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, web content, and campaign materials.
- Managing digital marketing activity, including website performance, SEO, PPC, and online engagement channels.
- Leading social media strategy to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Planning, coordinating, and attending industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on ROI, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing communications and touchpoints.
- Building and managing relationships with external suppliers, agencies, and creative partners.
- Supporting internal communications to ensure colleagues remain engaged and informed.
- Managing marketing budgets effectively and ensuring maximum return on investment.

We're looking for an experienced marketer who combines creativity with commercial awareness and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in a marketing role with responsibility for campaign delivery and strategy.
- Experience using marketing platforms, websites, email marketing systems, and Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Proven success in developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills across digital and print channels.
- Experience creating sales and marketing assets including websites, brochures, presentations, and campaign materials.
- Ability to analyse marketing performance and optimise campaigns based on data and insights.
- Professional marketing qualification (CIM or equivalent) - desirable
- Experience driving upselling and cross-selling activity - desirable
- Experience working in education, training, skills, or professional services sectors - desirable
