The opportunity

Our client is a well-backed B2B technology scale-up headquartered in London. Following sustained commercial growth, they have recently launched a new software platform aimed at enterprise customers.

To support this next phase, they are looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of demand generation and campaign execution.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role within a small marketing team. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and sales, you’ll own multichannel campaigns, develop engaging webinars and turn commercial insights into a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities.

If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, testing new channels and seeing a clear connection between marketing activity and revenue, there’s plenty of scope to make an impact.

What you will be doing

Demand generation and paid campaigns

  • Plan and deliver multi-channel lead generation campaigns across paid LinkedIn, targeted email sequences, and organic channels.
  • Write concise briefs for external copywriters and designers to produce high-performing campaign assets and case studies.
  • Manage and review marketing agency partnerships to ensure campaign spend delivers measurable commercial returns.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
