Are you a commercially astute Senior Brand Manager or Marketing Manager looking for your next challenge in a dynamic FMCG environment? Do you want to join a business that’s part of a global group, renowned for developing talent and driving growth? If so, this could be the opportunity for you!

Signature Career Management are partnered with a market-leading food manufacturer, turning over more than £200m, and recognised as one of the UK’s leading players in their category. With a strong reputation for quality and authenticity, their products are found across wholesale, retail, B2B and foodservice, with a portfolio of household name brands.

This is a business that combines the energy and entrepreneurial feel of a challenger brand with the support and structure of a global FMCG group. They pride themselves on their collaborative culture, internal mobility, and track record of giving ambitious people the tools to succeed.

As Marketing Manager, you will be tasked with a role that is unlike any other Marketing Manager role! This role isn’t about big TV campaigns and large budgets – but rather taking a commercial first approach and almost being a commercial manager but for brand! You will be working on 3 strong brands in the business portfolio with lots of growth opportunities, but they will need you to be a leader of this growth! Whether it be pricing, promotion, cost of goods, or NPD, you will be a commercial first marketer with brand experience, which will enable you to cut through the noise of this ever more prominent category. You will be working on the biggest brands in the portfolio which each have their challenges as well as successes, and whilst you will manage a team, you will need to be both strategic, but also an executor – you need to be both!

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
