Marketing Manager (9-Month Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Hook, Hampshire (Hybrid Working)

An exciting opportunity within the premium drinks industry
We're recruiting on behalf of a leading premium drinks business for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the team on a 9-month fixed-term contract.
This is an outstanding opportunity to take ownership of the UK marketing strategy for an internationally recognised premium spirits portfolio, working closely with global brand owners, commercial teams and agency partners to deliver best-in-class activation across the UK market.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring brand plans are successfully executed, driving awareness, engagement and commercial performance across both the on and off trade.
The Role
Reporting into the Marketing leadership team, you'll be responsible for delivering integrated marketing plans that align with global strategy whilst meeting the needs of the UK market.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing annual marketing and activation plans.
- Managing relationships with international brand owners and key stakeholders.
- Delivering integrated campaigns across digital, experiential, PR and shopper marketing.
- Working closely with Sales, Customer Marketing and Commercial teams to maximise opportunities with major retail and hospitality customers.
- Managing marketing budgets and evaluating campaign performance.
- Leading agency partners to deliver creative, media and activation programmes.
- Supporting product launches, innovation projects and seasonal campaigns.
- Analysing market trends, consumer insights and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensuring all activity is delivered on time, within budget and in line with brand guidelines.

About You
We're looking for an ambitious marketer who combines strong brand thinking with commercial awareness.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in a Brand Manager or Marketing Manager position within FMCG or consumer goods.
- Exposure to premium brands, beverages, food or consumer products would be advantageous.
- Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales and customer teams.
- Confidence working with external agencies and international stakeholders.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for building brands.
