About the company

A well-established international B2B conference and events business, part of a larger global events group. The company produces senior-level, content-driven conferences for decision-makers across a range of highly regulated and technical industries, and has recently shifted its strategy toward fewer, larger and more commercially valuable events, including multi-day flagship formats with international reach across the UK, US, Europe and the Middle East.

Role responsibilities

  • Build and deliver high-impact, end-to-end marketing campaigns for a portfolio of major B2B conferences, directly driving delegate and sponsorship revenue
  • Own channel strategy across email, digital, social and paid media, identifying the best routes to market for each campaign
  • Use first-party data to build sharp, targeted audience selections and set up campaign tracking to measure performance and ROI
  • Write persuasive copy across every campaign touchpoint, plus press releases and PR activity to build event visibility
  • Develop contra and media partnerships with trade associations, publications and digital platforms
  • Work closely with sponsors to maximise their exposure and ROI, and monitor competitor activity to sharpen positioning
  • Review campaign performance weekly, adjusting tactics in real time, and produce clear post-campaign reporting

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
