Marketing Manager
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Manager based in United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to own the marketing engine that transforms campaigns into measurable business growth.
You will manage the full campaign lifecycle, from strategy and execution to optimization and revenue reporting.
The position combines demand generation, marketing operations, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
You will work closely with sales and leadership teams to create campaigns that generate pipeline and accelerate customer journeys.
As part of a remote and agile environment, you will have the autonomy to experiment, test ideas, and drive meaningful impact.
This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on marketer who enjoys ownership, innovation, and using AI to improve performance.
Accountabilities
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing initiatives that drive pipeline growth, improve customer engagement, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including webinars, virtual events, guides, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Define campaign objectives, align initiatives with pipeline goals, and measure contribution to revenue outcomes.
- Monitor funnel performance, identify optimization opportunities, and translate campaign data into actionable improvements.
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop and scale thought leadership programs across multiple channels.
- Manage campaign timelines, asset coordination, promotion strategies, and post-campaign performance analysis.
- Build and optimize marketing automation workflows using HubSpot, including landing pages, forms, segmentation, and lifecycle automation.
- Create and manage email marketing programs, including promotional, newsletter, and transactional communications.
- Maintain marketing operations best practices by ensuring clean data, consistent processes, and effective automation structures.
- Conduct A/B testing across emails, landing pages, and workflows to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Map and optimize buyer journeys from awareness through opportunity stages, creating relevant nurture experiences.
- Identify conversion barriers and collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality, handoffs, and feedback loops.
- Manage the resource center strategy, including content organization, user experience, gating strategy, and performance tracking.
- Support partner marketing, events, and co-marketing initiatives with campaign strategy and execution support.
- Maintain a centralized marketing calendar and provide reporting on engagement, conversion, influenced pipeline, and revenue impact.
- Leverage AI tools to improve campaign creation, content development, automation, reporting, and marketing analysis.

Requirements
The ideal candidate is a results-driven marketing professional with strong experience in campaign management, demand generation, and marketing operations within a data-driven environment.
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns from strategy through execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Strong background in demand generation, campaign management, or marketing operations.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including workflows, automation, segmentation, landing pages, and reporting.
- Experience with comparable marketing automation platforms may also be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing performance data and convert insights into measurable improvements.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns with clear pipeline and revenue objectives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to messaging consistency and brand alignment.
- Experience using AI tools in daily marketing workflows, including campaign ideation, copy creation, reporting, analysis, and automation.
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs critically and understand when human judgment is required.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, finance, ERP, or related technology industries is a plus.
- Strong ownership mindset, analytical thinking, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a remote environment.
