The Role
You'll take ownership of the marketing function, developing and delivering strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, strengthen client relationships, and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and executing the marketing and communications strategy
- Managing integrated digital and offline campaigns
- Leading content, website, SEO, email, and social media activity
- Supporting business development, events, and client engagement initiatives
- Managing external agencies and marketing budgets
- Analysing campaign performance and driving continuous improvement
- Managing and developing an Events & Business Development Executive

About You
You'll have:
- 5+ years' experience in a Marketing Manager position
- Experience within legal or professional services
- Strong digital marketing and content expertise
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- A commercial mindset and strategic approach
- Experience managing people and projects successfully
