About the Role
As we grow our global presence, we are looking for an experienced marketing professional who can take ownership of our marketing function, drive our strategy, and bring PAC’s brand to the next level.
Your Tasks
- Drive our marketing strategy: You take ownership of PAC’s marketing strategy, translate it into measurable impact, and evolve it as our markets and our portfolio grow.
- Position marketing as a revenue driver: You work closely with the Comex, build a clear pipeline narrative, and report on marketing’s contribution to growth.
- Strengthen our brand and analyst voice: You operationalize our value proposition – Insight You Trust. Impact That Lasts. – and grow the visibility of our 30+ analysts into a recognized thought-leadership force.
- Lead a focused team and build the right partnerships: You guide our marketing team (Content, CRM, and Assistant), set clear objectives, and bring in the agency partners we need to accelerate.
- Bring innovation into a 50-year-old firm: You pioneer modern, AI-native ways of working in marketing and help us turn our experience into a competitive edge for the next decade.

What you bring to the table:
- Several years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional services, IT advisory, research, or B2B SaaS.
- A strategic mindset and a track record of moving marketing from a support function to a recognized revenue driver.
- Strong leadership presence – you are comfortable making prioritization calls, defending them in front of senior stakeholders, and bringing a team along with you.
- Hands-on confidence with modern marketing tooling (CRM, marketing automation, analytics) and a curious mindset for AI in marketing.
- Excellent written and spoken English; German or French is a welcome plus given our DACH and French core markets.
- Team spirit, initiative, and the willingness to step out of your comfort zone to drive change.
