As our Marketing Manager

You will play a pivotal role in driving strategic and tactical marketing analysis and insight for our business units outside North America. This dynamic position requires a proactive approach to enhance our understanding of our markets, customers marketing effectiveness, and ultimately contributing to sustainable and profitable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing and communications strategies that support business growth and reputation, including thought leadership, customer and partner engagement, industry forums, conferences, and sustainability-related events (excluding direct lead generation ownership).
  • Work collaboratively with the Snr Commercial Director(s) Sales, Head of Marketing Operations and key stakeholders to understand market requirements, business priorities, and dynamics; set and manage expectations across programmes and activity.
  • Track, monitor, and analyse performance across marketing and communications activity, providing insight, recommendations, and regular reporting to stakeholders to optimise effectiveness.
  • Conduct strategic analysis of markets, customers, and vertical segments, identifying growth/decline rate trends, market segmentation/penetration, and share of wallet analysis.
  • Provide actionable insights and opportunities to inform future marketing and broader commercial strategy.
  • Implement tracking and measurement tools to assess, and report return on marketing investment, evaluate marketing campaign performance, and contribute to new product launches and long-range planning.
  • Oversee the implementation of strategic and tactical customer and market research surveys, utilising both in-house resources and managing external agencies, where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations analysts to ensure seamless integration of marketing insights into Sales Operations and vice versa.
  • Fulfill ad hoc requests for information and analysis, supporting data-driven decision-making within the organisation.
  • Communicate analysis and results clearly and coherently, ensuring key stakeholders are informed and aligned.
