Marketing Manager
Reporting to the CMO, the Marketing Manager will own the day-to-day delivery of Oskar's marketing, working across strategy, campaign delivery, content, and social media as the business scales from its London launch to national coverage. This is a hands-on role for a senior marketer who is as comfortable advising the board on strategy as they are scheduling social media posts, well suited to someone who wants to shape a marketing function from the ground up in an early-stage business.
Working closely with the CMO and a roster of specialist agencies and consultants, you will also be supported by an in-house designer for web design and video editing. You will drive awareness, agent adoption, and home buyer engagement. As Oskar grows, you will work with the CMO to build and resource a wider marketing team against forecast growth.
Responsibilities
Strategy and reporting
- Deliver Oskar's integrated marketing plan across B2C and B2B workstreams, ensuring activity is sequenced, on-brand, and commercially focused.
- Advise the CMO and board on marketing strategy and performance, translating activity into a clear narrative on growth and opportunity.
- Responsible for the CRM database as it grows, including its prospect and customer segments for communication.
- Monitor and report on marketing KPIs on a regular cadence, providing clear performance insights.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in the plan, making recommendations and adjustments as the business evolves.
Brand and content
- Own Oskar's content calendar across social media, website, and newsletter, ensuring output is planned, purposeful, and aligned with campaign priorities.
- Write and create content across formats, including social posts, website copy, newsletters, and campaign messaging, working within Oskar's established tone of voice guidelines.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Work with the in-house designer on web design, video editing, and visual content.
- Work with PR specialists to repurpose media coverage into timely, channel-appropriate content.
- Identify and collaborate with relevant brands to create partnership content that builds trust, engagement, and acquisition.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
