The role requires someone who can combine strategic thinking with practical execution, working closely with technical and commercial teams to build a strong, consistent, and credible brand in the data centre liquid cooling and engineered filtration market.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and manage Cool Filtration’s marketing plan and content calendar.
  • Translate company priorities into practical marketing campaigns and communication activity.
  • Support the development of Cool Filtration’s brand positioning in data centre liquid cooling, AI infrastructure, and engineered filtration.

  • Ensure marketing activity supports commercial priorities, customer engagement, and strategic account development.
  • Track marketing activity, campaign outputs, and performance.

Brand & Messaging

  • Maintain a consistent Cool Filtration brand voice across all external communications.
  • Develop clear messaging around filtration, contamination control, fluid cleanliness, system reliability, and liquid cooling protection.
  • Ensure customer-facing documents, presentations, and digital content are professional, consistent, and aligned with company positioning.
  • Support the development of brand guidelines, templates, and standard messaging.
  • Help improve how Cool Filtration presents itself to customers, partners, investors, and industry stakeholders.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage and improve Cool Filtration’s digital presence.
  • Support website content updates, landing pages, news posts, and product/application pages.
  • Manage LinkedIn content planning, drafting, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Develop email campaign content for customer updates, lead nurturing, and re-engagement.
  • Support digital campaigns linked to conferences, product launches, customer sectors, and strategic opportunities.
  • Monitor basic digital performance, including engagement, website traffic, campaign response, and lead activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
