How would you like to take the lead on all marketing efforts for the UK's most innovative Employment Law firm?
About Us
We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding firm dedicated to making employment law more accessible to employees being badly treated at work.
We create a large amount of in-house technology mostly around AI and we believe we are one of the most advanced law firms in the country in this regard, as evidenced by the Law Society’s prestigious Excellence in Technology and Innovation award.
Our tech is both client-facing, for example our advanced chatbot, and also for our lawyers to help manage their workloads. We have in house developers, data specialists and tech support.
That’s partly why we have just had our best month ever four months in a row and we’ve doubled our number of lawyers within the last 12 months.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
