Senior Marketing Manager
The Opportunity
Shape the Story, Drive Demand, Define the Experiences
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of integrated marketing strategies designed to increase bookings, grow revenue, and strengthen customer loyalty across a portfolio of premium hospitality experiences to include 13 gastro pubs and our Wildshark vineyard.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, Operations and the in venue teams, you will deliver innovative campaigns that inspire audiences, maximize occupancy, and position the group as a premium individual group of pubs coupled with out vineyard.
This is a hands on and pivotal role for a marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to blend creativity, data, and customer insight to create unforgettable experiences and measurable commercial success.
You have to be someone who lives and breathes hospitality and understands food, service and has worked in a similar group environment in our sector.

What you'll be doing
- Leading the marketing and promotion of our gastro pub estate and Wildshark vineyard
- Planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive sales.
- Managing paid social campaigns through Meta Business Manager.
- Utilize customer insights, market intelligence, and performance data to optimize campaign effectiveness and audience targeting
- Oversee campaign reporting, performance analysis, and ROI measurement to ensure continuous improvement
- Identify new opportunities to expand brand reach, attract high value guests, and drive commercial performance
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence
- Creating compelling copy across email, social media, web and advertising.
- Working closely with all HQ departments, FOH and BOH Operations and the teams in all our venues.
- Briefing photographers, videographers and designers to produce outstanding creative.
- Keeping a close eye on trends to ensure our marketing stays fresh and relevant.
- Leading change on systems - marketing and loyalty
- Setting yearly project and campaign timelines, targets and budgets

We're looking for someone who
- Has at least 3 years' experience as Head of marketing within the pub or restaurant and bar sector, this is essential and non negotiable
- Can Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital, CRM, social media, partnerships, and experiential marketing
- Has a proven track record of driving sales and engagement.
- Has a genuine passion for hospitality, service and guest experience
- Understands today's social media landscape inside out.
- Is confident running the whole marketing department and supporting our Head of marketing and sales
- Is an excellent copywriter with the ability to develop a distinctive tone of voice and narrative
- Can confidently brief and collaborate with our teams and work at pace
- Thrives when juggling multiple projects and deadlines.

DOE + Tronc + Bonus (after successful 3 month probation)
