Contract: Full-time

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)

About Us

Glenholme Senior Living provides high-quality residential, dementia, respite, and end-of-life care across a growing portfolio of care homes in England. We are committed to delivering exceptional care in welcoming, person-centred environments where residents can live with dignity, independence, and purpose.

As we continue to grow, marketing plays a vital role in supporting occupancy, strengthening our reputation, generating enquiries, attracting talented colleagues, and promoting our homes within their local communities.

The Role

Reporting to the Director of Senior Living, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the company's marketing strategy across digital, print, advertising, public relations, events, recruitment marketing, and brand management.

This is a hands-on role combining strategic planning with campaign delivery. You will oversee a small marketing team, manage external suppliers and agencies, support occupancy growth across our homes, and ensure Glenholme Senior Living is represented consistently and professionally across all marketing and recruitment activity.

The role requires occasional travel to our care homes and attendance at events across the organisation.

  • Create and manage marketing plans that support occupancy growth, brand awareness, and business objectives.
  • Monitor performance against agreed KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to increase enquiries, admissions, and market share across all regions.

Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Oversee all digital marketing activity, including website management, SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Manage relationships with digital agencies and external suppliers.
  • Analyse website, advertising, and campaign performance using data and reporting tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement in lead generation, enquiry conversion, and return on investment.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets across occupancy and recruitment campaigns.
  • Oversee recruitment advertising campaigns across job boards, social media platforms, and other digital channels.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
