Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager required by an exciting travel-industry specialist publishing and events company. Circa 50K. Mon-Fri. Hybrid (3 days) London Office.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of the marketing strategy across a varied portfolio of B2C and B2B brands and lead a small team of talented marketers.

Responsibilities of Marketing Manager:

  • Develop and deliver marketing strategies across a portfolio of digital platforms and print publications.
  • Plan and coordinate campaigns across a range of channels, including email, social media, website content, and paid advertising.
  • Lead the promotion of industry events, helping to increase registrations, ticket sales, awards entries, and attendee engagement.
  • Build and improve customer journeys through CRM management, audience segmentation, and marketing automation.
  • Deliver integrated client campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring projects run smoothly and achieve measurable results.
  • Track campaign performance using website analytics, audience insights, and key metrics to continually improve future activity.
  • Manage marketing budgets, monitor KPIs, and share performance updates and recommendations with senior leaders.
  • Oversee brand messaging and creative output, ensuring a consistent identity across all marketing channels.
  • Identify new ways to grow audiences through partnerships, new marketing opportunities, and fresh campaign ideas.
  • Support, mentor, and develop the marketing team, creating a collaborative, high-performing working environment.
  • Work closely with editorial, commercial, and customer success teams to align marketing activity with wider business goals and support revenue growth.

Skills and Experience Required for this Marketing Manager role:

  • Travel Industry Experience in a Senior Marketing role with a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns and strategies.
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge across email, social media, content, CRM, automation, and analytics.
  • Confident using CRM and marketing platforms to create personalized customer journeys.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills and a focus on improving performance.
  • Great communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive and commercially minded, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Marketing Manager Additional Info:

  • Small collaborative, supportive, and sociable team of 35 people based in Central London
  • Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
  • 25 days Annual leave
