Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and deliver integrated marketing activities across a diverse range of channels. This role will play a key part in enhancing brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, supporting product launches, and strengthening the organisation's position as a trusted industry authority. Working closely with commercial and product teams, you will take ownership of campaigns from concept through to delivery and performance analysis.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:
- Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and commercial growth.
- Create high-quality marketing content and collateral, including brochures, presentations, technical resources, and digital assets.
- Manage website content, social media activity, and digital marketing initiatives to maximise brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Coordinate exhibitions, events, product launches, and marketing projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
Requirements of the Marketing Manager:
- Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or equivalent CIM qualification.
- Proven experience managing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Excellent digital marketing knowledge, including CMS platforms, CRM systems, social media management, and marketing analytics.
