Role: Marketing Manager
Location: Manchester
Type: Permanent | Full-time
Salary: Up to £55,000
LT Talent has partnered with a leading consumer goods business to recruit a Marketing Manager to join its growing brand and marketing team.
Driven by growth, new brand launches and exciting business ventures, this is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on marketer who enjoys combining creativity with commercial thinking.
Working closely with the Head of Brand, you'll play a key role in delivering marketing initiatives across a diverse product portfolio, supporting brand growth, customer presentations, product launches and wider commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customer and brand presentation decks
- Deliver commercially focused marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Support new product launches and brand development projects
- Collaborate with Commercial, Design and E-commerce teams
- Support CRM, digital marketing and e-commerce activities
- Identify new opportunities to drive brand awareness and business growth

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Marketing Manager role
- A commercially minded marketer with strong brand awareness
- Knowledge of Shopify, CRM, digital marketing and e-commerce
- A hands-on approach with a willingness to get involved in delivery
- Creative, entrepreneurial and commercially savvy mindset
- Ability to think outside the box and maximise marketing budgets effectively
