Varied Marketing Manager Role

About the Role

Our client, an award-winning, internationally operating B2B media business, have an exciting Marketing Manager opportunity focusing on planning, managing, and delivering multi-channel campaigns across a portfolio of events. You'll have the chance to take ownership of the strategy and implementation of multi-channel campaigns end-to-end, injecting your creativity and energy into projects, and monitoring and analysing campaign performance data to make data-driven decisions to optimise and improve campaigns, and drive ROI. Part of your role will involve collaborating with internal designers and teams, as well as building relationships with external agencies and data companies, and you will have the chance to travel to and attend events in the UK as well.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of the creation of strategies for all products / events in the portfolio
  • Planning, managing, and executing multi-channel campaigns end-to-end across channels including email, social media, digital (e.g. paid media), direct mail, PR, websites, and advertising
  • Researching target audiences and developing client personas
  • Monitoring, evaluating, and analysing campaign performance across all channels, identifying trends
  • Writing and proofing content across various channels and materials
  • Managing budgets to maximise ROI
  • Coordinating the production of all materials
  • Managing partnerships with media and event partners
  • Building relationships with and working alongside external suppliers such as data companies, digital and PR agencies, designers, and printers
  • Maintaining and updating event websites

Requirements

I am interested in speaking with candidates who have experience working as a Marketing Manager; Events Marketing Manager; Exhibition Marketing Manager; Senior Marketing Executive, and who have experience developing, managing, and optimising multi-channel campaigns to promote events across channels such as social media, email, and digital advertising. Knowledge of CMS, email platforms, and data management tools is important too.
