Marketing Manager | Consumer Brand | Rapid Growth | Essex

We're partnering with a market-leading international consumer products brand that has grown exceptionally across the UK and Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing challenger brand with strong customer recognition and an established distribution network, while still offering the chance to build something significant.

With ambitious plans ahead, we're looking for a commercially minded, creative Marketing Manager to own brand, trade and digital marketing across the UK & Europe.

The Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll drive product launches, retail marketing activity, content development, and brand growth initiatives across Europe.

You'll work closely with international marketing teams, content creators, designers, sales teams and influencers to ensure products launch successfully and the brand continues to strengthen its market position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing activity for new product launches across Europe.
  • Manage the creation and delivery of sales and trade marketing assets.
  • Brief and coordinate internal creative teams.
  • Develop engaging content campaigns that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage relationships with influencers and content creators.
  • Coordinate product seeding and sampling programmes.
  • Identify opportunities for promotional campaigns and support paid advertising initiatives.
  • Maintain and improve marketing asset libraries for retailers and distributors.
  • Help grow social media channels and develop a branded YouTube presence.
  • Analyse performance data and deliver ROI reporting to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with international teams to localise content for European audiences.

About You

We're interested in speaking with candidates who have:

  • 2-5 years' marketing experience within consumer products, electrical goods, toys, sporting goods, lifestyle brands, hobby sectors or related industries.
  • Experience managing product launches.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading capabilities.
  • Experience working alongside creative, digital and content teams.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and social media.
  • Commercial awareness and an analytical mindset.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
