Copello have partnered with an established engineering business in the recruitment of a Marketing Manager, to join their business based in Buckinghamshire.
Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, you’ll own the marketing plan across global markets, working closely with Sales, Engineering, and external agencies. This is a hands-on and strategic role, ideal for someone confident in campaign execution, event management, PR, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver global marketing strategies and campaigns
- Plan and manage events, exhibitions, and internal communications
- Oversee content, literature, and video production
- Handle website enquiries, budget submissions, and PR activities
- Collaborate with digital, creative, and web agencies
- Analyse customer journeys and optimise lead generation

About You:
- Strong B2B marketing background, ideally in aerospace/defence or a technical sector
- Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics desirable)
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing (preferred)
- Able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Proactive, collaborative, and capable of leading with influence
