Are you a commercially minded B2B marketer who enjoys being close to the business, rather than sitting on the sidelines?

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing for Morson Edge, our specialist technology and professional recruitment business, and play a key role in supporting its next phase of growth.

This is a role for someone who can operate at both strategic and hands-on level. You’ll work closely with Edge’s leadership team to understand where the commercial opportunities are, build marketing plans around them, and then get involved in making those plans happen.

The role

Morson Edge operates across four key markets:

  • Aerospace & Defence
  • Transportation
  • Energy & Infrastructure
  • Technology & Corporate

You’ll own the marketing agenda across these sectors, as well as supporting Edge’s international activity across the UK, US, Canada and Australia.

You’ll be part of the wider Morson Group Marketing function, reporting to the Group Marketing Director, but effectively acting as the embedded marketing lead for Edge. That means you’ll have plenty of autonomy, a close relationship with senior stakeholders and the opportunity to genuinely shape how marketing supports the business.

You’ll also have access to specialist central teams covering Demand & Performance, Brand, Content & PR, Digital and creative, giving you the best of both worlds: ownership of the strategy without having to do absolutely everything yourself.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why join Morson?

This is an opportunity to join a long-established, growing business and have a genuine influence on how marketing supports one of its specialist businesses.

You won’t be joining a marketing function where your role is simply to receive briefs and execute them. You’ll help define the priorities, shape the strategy and see the commercial impact of your work.
