MARKETING MANAGER

TWO BRANDS. TWO CHALLENGES. ONE BRILLIANT REMIT.

What's in it for you?

  • £50,000–£60,000 depending on experience
  • West End, London — Monday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office with flexibility
  • Real ownership and autonomy from day one
  • A growing business with genuine career development for the right person
  • The chance to work across some of the UK's most exciting experience-led leisure environments

Who are they?

They are a cinema and leisure group operating two complementary brands across the UK — one a community-rooted, multi-activity leisure and cinema destination with sites in towns and cities where they genuinely become part of the fabric of the place; the other a premium competitive socialising brand with strong heritage, four London sites and a real opportunity to be reinvigorated for a new era.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Two brands, two audiences, two genuinely different sets of challenges — which is exactly what makes this role so interesting.

What you'll get up to?

  • Lead marketing activity across both brands, owning plans across key trading periods from concept through to execution and review
  • Drive awareness and trial of the leisure offer — cross-selling to captive audiences, building local relevance and creating compelling reasons to visit
  • Take ownership of the customer and booking journey — understanding the mechanics, improving the funnel and working with digital and site teams to make the experience seamless
  • Use data and insight to track performance, understand what's working and feed learnings back into future planning
  • Build strong relationships with site teams, sales, F&B and operations — this is a role that requires real partnership across the business

What are they looking for?

  • A proven marketer from a multi-site, experience-led or hospitality background — someone who understands occasion-led marketing and the nuance of selling an experience, not just a product
  • Strong campaign planning and delivery from start to finish — ideas are welcome, but execution is everything
  • Commercially minded and data-literate — able to use insight to drive decisions and spot opportunities
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously across very different brands and audiences
  • Self-motivated, curious and genuinely ambitious — someone who takes pride in delivering well and wants to understand the business from the ground up
