Location: Shoreditch, London
Working Structure: Office Based (Thursdays we work from home)
Reports to: Head of Marketing (ex-Brew Dog employee!)
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
Who are we?
Since medical cannabis was legalised in the UK in 2018, Cantourage UK has been building the infrastructure that makes this industry work - safely, compliantly and at scale.
We operate across two deeply interconnected worlds:
- A regulated tele-health clinic, delivering high-quality patient care
- A licensed pharmaceutical supply operation, powering the wider ecosystem
Together, they form a complex, high-trust system where clinical integrity, operational excellence and smart technology must work in lockstep.
As we move into our next chapter of growth, we're building out our in-house marketing capability to match.
What's the purpose of the role?
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to sit at the centre of our UK marketing machine. Owning campaigns end-to-end, protecting brand standards across the wider business, and helping push Cantourage into its next stage of growth.
You'll work alongside our Brand Manager (focused on owned channels, content and community) and our Head of Marketing (strategy, whitespace, global initiatives) to turn strong narratives into well-run, high-impact campaigns. As we bring more creative, social and production work in-house, this role gives us the space to plan ahead rather than simply react.
What impact will you create?
Campaign ownership and delivery
- Own end-to-end planning and delivery of UK marketing campaigns across clinic, B2B and brand; from brief to post-campaign review.
- Build clear project plans, timelines and budgets; keep cross-functional teams aligned and on track (clinicians, sales, ops, external partners).
- Coordinate media, CRM, web and content elements into coherent journeys, rather than isolated tactics.
Brand standards and governance
- Ensure Cantourage's brand voice and visual identity are applied consistently across all UK touchpoints including clinic collateral, web, social, events, partner decks.
- Run regular reviews and light-touch training so teams understand and use our messaging pillars: Category Champion, Proven Sourcing Quality, Radical Transparency, Human-Centred Care.
- Act as a quality filter for externally produced materials, giving clear, constructive feedback without getting lost in minor details.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Clinic marketing
- Work with clinic leadership to design and deliver patient-growth campaigns that respect capacity and regulatory constraints.
- Partner with our Brand Manager on human-centred content (patient journeys, FAQs, explainer series), then turn those into performance-ready campaigns across search, CRM and referral programmes.
Podcast and thought-leadership integration
- Partner with our Brand Manager and external production to ensure podcast outputs (episodes, clips, blogs, newsletter) plug into live campaigns and hero thought-leadership assets like the CAN Report.
- Use podcast content as raw material for clinic nurture, B2B education and brand campaigns, rather than letting it sit as a standalone media product.
Data, reporting and optimisation
- Define and track campaign KPIs across patient, B2B and brand including leads, conversions, segment mix, engagement, share of voice.
- Produce concise performance reports and recommendations that help the team learn quickly and iterate without over-complicating.
Ways of working
- Codify and improve marketing workflows (briefs, approvals, retros, templates) helping Cantourage become a well-oiled marketing machine.
- Collaborate closely with our Head of Marketing on new initiatives and cross-company projects with Germany, bringing structure and momentum to emerging ideas.
What will you bring to the table?
- 4–6 years in marketing roles, including at least 2 years with end-to-end campaign ownership (planning, delivery, and reporting).
- Demonstrable project-management experience: multiple workstreams, cross-functional stakeholders, deadlines and budgets, with examples of making complex projects feel simple.
- Highly organised, with strong time-management and prioritisation skills; comfortable managing several campaigns without getting stuck in the weeds.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to turn complex health or product stories into clear, plain-English messaging.
- Experience collaborating with creative and content roles (brand, design, copy, agencies) rather than trying to do everything yourself.
- Comfortable with marketing tools and data (e.g. email/CRM platforms, social scheduling, web analytics, dashboards), and able to turn numbers into decisions.
- A genuine start-up or scale-up mindset. This is about how a business is built and run, not simply the size of the business you've come from. You're as confident briefing a CEO as you are collaborating with a member of our ops team, and you can communicate a campaign's impact to both with equal clarity.

If you have the following, it'll be a huge bonus
- Experience in a regulated or complex category (healthcare, financial services, alcohol, etc.), or one where brand and compliance need careful balance.
- Exposure to thought-leadership or editorial content (reports, whitepapers, podcasts, newsletters) used within campaigns.
- Familiarity with UK health, wellness or medical services audiences.
- A marketing certification, MBA, or a university degree in a relevant field (health, science, tech). We care more about depth of experience than the letters after your name.
Who wouldn't thrive in this role?
This isn't a role for someone used to being handed a finished brand plan and told to roll out the ad campaign. In our sector, marketing is built within regulation and legal frameworks, on ground that's often untouched, and you'll need to enjoy pushing the envelope while respecting the pace of legal sign-off.
It's also not the right fit for a marketer who's chasing the biggest, showiest, noisiest consumer campaigns for their own sake. We're a B2B business first, with a clinic where patients sit under real medical regulations and so this role suits someone who wants to build a business through the medium of marketing, and who'll find the right channel and message for the objective, not just the loudest one.
Finally, if you don't yet feel a pull toward emerging, evidence-led healthcare categories, or you're not energised by ambiguity and the work of defining what 'great' looks like as an industry grows, this probably isn't your next move.
