MARKETING MANAGER – WEST MIDLANDS

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded, creative and hands-on Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing premium travel and aviation business based in the West Midlands.

This is a varied role where you will take ownership of the marketing strategy and its execution, with a strong focus on digital lead generation, customer acquisition, conversion and growth across multiple international markets. This is very much a hands-on position for someone who enjoys getting involved and seeing the results of their work, rather than simply managing agencies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy to drive enquiries, customer acquisition and sales
  • Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube and other digital channels, with a strong focus on ROI and conversion
  • Create email and CRM campaigns to nurture prospects, drive repeat business and support growth
  • Manage influencer, affiliate and strategic partnership activity
  • Oversee the website, digital customer journey and brand presentation
  • Develop marketing activity around events, partnerships and key international markets
  • Support brand activations and promotional campaigns
  • Lead the development and presentation of branded merchandise and other marketing materials

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
