Marketing Manager
Park Royal, Northwest London (Office-Based)
Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 9:00am–5:00pm
Reporting to: Senior Leadership Team

Founded in 2013, LTFE is a growing international training and consultancy company delivering high-impact professional and executive development programmes to public and private sector clients across the GCC, Africa and the UK.
As we continue to expand, marketing plays a critical role in strengthening our global presence, generating qualified leads and supporting the commercial growth of the business.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and develop LTFE’s marketing strategy across digital, content, paid advertising, email, social media and events. This is a hands-on senior role for someone who can combine strategic thinking with strong execution. You will take ownership of the overall marketing function, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work closely with Sales and senior leadership to drive measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy in line with LTFE’s commercial objectives
- Plan, create and optimise email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, lead nurturing and performance reporting
- Lead LTFE’s social media strategy, creating engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms while ensuring brand consistency
- Stay up to date with digital marketing, social media and content trends, identifying new opportunities for growth
- Develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, landing pages, email content and digital campaign assets
- Plan and promote webinars, online events, exhibitions and other marketing initiatives from concept through to delivery and follow-up
- Support lead generation and work closely with the Sales team to improve lead quality and conversion
- Assist with Google Ads, website content, SEO and website optimisation, working closely with external agencies where required
- Monitor campaign performance and use data and insights to continuously improve marketing activity and return on investment
- Manage external designers, agencies and marketing suppliers
- Support marketing activity across international markets, particularly Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with email marketing, campaign management and lead generation
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, particularly LinkedIn
- Good understanding of Google Ads and paid digital advertising
- Excellent content creation, copywriting and brand communication skills
- Strong knowledge of current digital marketing, social media and content trends
- Experience developing and delivering multi-channel marketing strategies
- Experience working closely with Sales teams to support lead generation and conversion
- Experience promoting webinars, events, training programmes or professional services would be highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with confidence interpreting campaign data and performance
- Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
- Highly organised with strong project management and prioritisation skills
- Commercially aware, proactive and confident taking ownership of marketing activity
- Able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Fluent English is essential, and fluency in Arabic would be highly desirable and considered a strong advantage for this role.
Location, Hours & Travel
This is a full-time, office-based role located in Park Royal, Northwest London, near Central Middlesex Hospital.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Occasional travel to client sites, exhibitions and international events may be required.
