We sell direct to consumers through our own websites and marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, and through major retailers including Next, Argos and Tesco.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing activities across multiple channels with the goal of increasing presence and delivering sustainable commercial growth across the portfolio.

What You Will Be Doing

You’ll take ownership of marketing activity across our brands, helping shape the wider strategy while remaining hands-on with campaign planning, execution and optimisation. You’ll work across multiple channels to grow brand awareness, engage customers and drive commercial results.

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Take ownership and deliver the UK marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.
  • Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across social, CRM, paid media, influencer, affiliate, SEO and e-commerce.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines and performance.
  • Use campaign insights to improve activity and identify new opportunities for growth.

  • Plan, create, schedule and publish engaging social content, including video, graphics and copy.
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement and creator-led content.
  • Analyse performance and continually improve content and channel strategy.

Influencer, Creator & Affiliate Marketing

  • Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, creators and affiliate partners.
  • Manage outreach, negotiations, briefs, deliverables, budgets and campaign execution.
  • Develop creator partnerships that generate both brand exposure and reusable content.
  • Measure campaign performance and use results to improve future activity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
