Marketing Manager – Customer Acquisition & Channel Marketing | Financial Services

📍 Location: London – Hybrid
🏢 Onsite: 2 days per week
📅 Contract: 12 months
🚀 Start: Mid Oct-Early Nov

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager / Marketing Specialist to deliver customer acquisition and growth campaigns for a major UK financial services organisation.

The role will have a strong digital, owned and paid-channel focus, developing campaigns that attract new customers, encourage account switching and convert acquisition into active, engaged banking relationships.

You’ll work across acquisition, switching and promotional campaigns while partnering closely with Product, Digital and wider Marketing teams.

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver customer acquisition campaigns across owned and paid channels
  • Drive new-to-bank customer growth
  • Develop and execute account-switching campaigns
  • Support promotional and incentive-led acquisition activity
  • Deliver salary and switching-related campaigns
  • Drive activation and payment behaviour following acquisition
  • Increase debit payment and ongoing account usage
  • Manage campaigns from brief through to execution and optimisation
  • Analyse campaign performance and improve conversion

We’re looking for

  • Strong customer acquisition or digital marketing experience
  • Hands-on owned and paid-channel campaign experience
  • Experience delivering acquisition campaigns end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of conversion and campaign optimisation
  • Commercial and data-led approach
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Banking, financial services, fintech or payments experience is highly desirable
  • Experience with current account acquisition, switching, cards, payments or other high-volume consumer financial products would be particularly relevant.
