Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies
- Manage and execute campaigns for digital platforms and physical stores
- Drive lead generation and optimise CPL and CPA
- Track and report on campaign performance
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in devising and executing marketing strategies
- Experience in managing large marketing budgets
- Expertise in lead generation using CRM platforms and analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for designing high-quality marketing materials
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of marketing manager experience
- Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Creative mindset and attention to detail
