Our client are a fast growth business.

They are now seeking an experienced, commercially minded, highly driven and dynamic Marketing Manager to join the team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the marketing strategy, promoting high-end experiences, elevating the brands in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a luxury sector and contribute to the growth of brands known for exceptional service. The successful candidate will be a confident, forward-thinking and proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adept at multitasking and can successfully manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines. They will be commercially astute, resilient under pressure, and capable of pivoting quickly, changing direction at pace and responding positively to evolving business priorities and market conditions. We are looking for a self-starter who can work independently, think outside of the box, and continuously identify innovative ways to attract new customers, nurture loyalty and drive conversion. A strong understanding of how to balance tactical commercial offers and discounting within a luxury brand environment is essential, ensuring all activity protects brand integrity whilst delivering volume, revenue growth and ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the development and execution of comprehensive, commercially driven marketing campaigns that drive awareness, customer acquisition and engagement across digital, print, media advertising and event channels, with the primary objective of increasing sales and delivering against ambitious revenue targets.
  • Manage the development and execution of commercially focused loyalty marketing campaigns designed to increase repeat bookings, customer retention and share of wallet across all channels.
  • Confidently manage multiple campaigns, priorities and stakeholder relationships simultaneously in a fast-moving environment, maintaining high standards and delivering results under pressure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create high-impact content and promotional materials that reflect the luxury nature of the brand whilst effectively incorporating compelling commercial messaging, offers and tactical activity.
  • Work collaboratively to align brand marketing campaigns with digital efforts, including social media, email marketing and supporting landing pages that effectively blend luxury brand positioning with commercial performance objectives to create seamless customer journeys that convert.
  • Manage, plan and oversee the production of luxury brochures, direct mail and other collateral, ensuring all marketing materials align with brand guidelines, tone of voice and commercial objectives that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and understanding of how to strategically apply promotional offers, value-adds and discounting within a luxury brand environment to drive bookings whilst maintaining premium brand perception.
  • Continuously analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour and market trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimise ROI, improve performance and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Lead market research efforts to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, customer preferences and innovative marketing approaches within the luxury space.
  • Work closely with sales, product and commercial teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with wider business goals, commercial priorities and revenue targets.
  • Support the organisation of luxury events, VIP loyalty experiences and partnership activations that enhance brand reputation, customer loyalty and acquisition opportunities.
  • Take a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to identifying new marketing opportunities, customer acquisition channels and innovative ideas that differentiate the brand and drive growth.
  • Be agile and adaptable, with the ability to pivot quickly, reprioritise workloads and respond effectively to changing business needs and market dynamics.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the luxury industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies for premium or luxury brands that deliver measurable commercial results.
  • Strong understanding of both offline and online marketing, with demonstrable commercial acumen and experience driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Experience working within fast-paced, target-driven environments, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and copywriting skills with a flair for storytelling, branding and commercially effective messaging.
  • Experience supporting high-end events, partnerships or influencer campaigns is advantageous.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to remain calm, confident and solutions-focused under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically whilst executing tactically and moving at pace.
