Hopetech is an assistive technology start-up and pioneers of Sixth Sense, an innovative navigational aid for visually impaired people. With Sixth Sense approaching commercial launch in the UK, Hopetech are looking to hire a full-time Marketing Manager based in Slough.

Role Description
The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Slough, United Kingdom. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that promote Sixth Sense, our ground-breaking navigational aid for visually impaired people. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Developing integrated marketing campaigns, including events
- Managing our social media presence and digital channels
- Partner marketing
- Coordinating content creation
- Analyzing campaign performance to improve reach, engagement, and leads

The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with product, design, and community teams to ensure consistent company and product messaging. The role also involves managing budgets, maintaining relationships with external partners, and preparing regular reports on marketing outcomes and market trends.
Qualifications
- 2+ years, proven experience in marketing management, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
- Strong skills in digital marketing, such as social media management, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
- Experience with content development and communications, including copywriting, storytelling, and editorial oversight.
- Demonstrated ability in market research, data analysis, and reporting to inform marketing decisions and measure performance.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and collaborating with product, design, and sales teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Slough and travel internationally.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest or experience in accessibility, disability inclusion, or assistive technologies is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and non-discriminatory practices in marketing and team collaboration.
