Growth Marketing Manager | Preston | Hybrid | £50,000–£55,000
A fast-growing, private equity-backed healthcare business is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join its expanding marketing team.
This is a commercially focused role with responsibility for driving growth through integrated campaigns, stakeholder engagement, sales enablement, and market activation, targeting Healthcare professionals across the UK.
The role
You’ll lead marketing activity that supports customer acquisition, referral growth, and market penetration across priority regions. You’ll work closely with commercial, operational, and clinical teams to turn business objectives into measurable marketing programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver the annual growth marketing plan.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, social, events, PR, and referral marketing.
- Create sales enablement tools and campaigns to support acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
- Develop targeted engagement programs for professional and referral audiences.
- Identify local market opportunities and build targeted growth plans.
- Use CRM, audience segmentation, and automation to improve engagement and conversion.
- Manage campaign budgets, agencies, and external partners.
- Track performance, produce insight-led reporting, and demonstrate commercial ROI.
- Develop compelling propositions and audience-specific messaging.

What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in a growth, campaign, or marketing management role.
- Proven track record delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
- Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of acquisition and conversion.
- Experience managing budgets, agencies, and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot.
- Confident using data and insight to shape marketing decisions.
- Healthcare, regulated-sector, or high-consideration service experience would be advantageous.
