Marketing Manager (10 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Equans Sci-Tech are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager, to join our Marketing & Communications team based in Didsbury, Manchester on a 10-month fixed term basis.
As a key member of a close-knit team, the Marketing Manager will lead strategic marketing initiatives that drive business growth, elevate brand presence and strengthen client engagement.
The role is key to aligning marketing efforts with business goals, ensuring the delivery to high-quality campaigns and fostering strong client relationships.
While the position is primarily based in Manchester, occasional travel to regional offices and project sites will be required.
What you will deliver?
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to support business growth in the science and technology sectors
- Develop and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns, including audience targeting, copywriting, design collaboration and multi-channel delivery within set timelines
- Strengthen brand visibility and employee engagement by creating compelling content for the company website and social media platforms
- Support and co-ordinate company participation in events and webinars, managing logistics, promotional materials and lead generation strategies along with pre and post event outreach.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, particularly across sales and customer success teams, to ensure alignment and collaboration
- Monitor and evaluate marketing performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies, identity new opportunities and improve processes

Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies, with a strong focus on digital, content and event marketing
- Proven track record of working collaboratively across functions, particularly with sales and customer success teams to drive aligned marketing efforts
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data, segmentation and performance metrics to inform decisions and tailor messaging
- Excellent project management skills, with a key eye for deadlines, budgets and delivering measurable outcomes
- Exceptional communication and copywriting abilities, with a customer centric approach to content and messaging
- Proficient in CRM system (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation platforms, SEO best practices and applying integrated marketing principles across multiple channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent qualification is desirable
