OEM Automotive SENIOR Marketing Manager

Work style: Office Location: London

sector: Passenger Cars

Salary: £75,000 + 15% bonus scheme (additional £11,250 = cash salary of £86,250) + company car and other great benefits

The opportunity

This role is a genuinely interesting and varied OEM marketing role, and quite different from a conventional automotive marketing job and a mix of partnerships management and branding. What makes it particularly interesting is that you will not simply be maintaining an established brand you will be actively helping it grow in the UK and help shape how the brand looks. You will work both strategically and operationally. This car brand is relatively new and is growing rapidly, and the role is about how the brand looks, sounds and behaves in the UK market. You will have the opportunity to take ownership, be creative and make an immediate impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
