- Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, calendars, timelines, budgets, deliverables, dependencies, approval paths, and next steps.
- Lead project kickoffs, regular project check-ins, and closeout reviews to ensure alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Prioritize competing requests and help determine when marketing should execute, refine, redirect, defer, or decline work based on business impact and team capacity.
- Identify risks, delays, bottlenecks, or unclear expectations early and recommend practical solutions before deadlines are missed.
- Manage external vendors, agencies, printers, media partners, promotional partners, contractors, and other resources to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective execution.

- Oversee creation and quality review of marketing collateral, including flyers, signage, digital graphics, brochures, presentations, case studies, customer materials, internal communications, and promotional assets.
- Provide creative and design direction while recognizing when work requires refinement and when “good enough” is the right answer to keep business priorities moving.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
