Are you an experienced Marketing Manager (B2B) looking for an opportunity to make a measurable commercial impact?

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused marketer to join a well-established and ambitious organisation operating within a regulated environment.

As a Marketing Manager, you’ll create targeted campaigns, develop compelling content and help drive awareness of specialist products and services among employers, consultants and other key stakeholders. Working alongside sales and internal stakeholders, you'll play a key role in generating demand and supporting business growth.

What you’ll be doing

As the B2B Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for planning and delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns designed to engage employers, employee benefits consultants and workplace intermediaries. The focus will be on developing clear and compelling messaging that communicates the value of products and services to target audiences. Working closely with sales teams, the role will support priority prospects, consultant relationships and pipeline opportunities. Responsibilities include creating sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, case studies, brochures, guides and digital content that helps move prospects through the buying journey. Campaign performance, lead quality and pipeline contribution will be monitored and analysed to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaboration with marketing, proposition, compliance and commercial teams will ensure activity is delivered effectively, on time and in line with regulatory and brand requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
