About Rankins Jewellers
Rankins Jewellers is a family-owned, London-based luxury jeweller specialising in natural and lab-grown diamonds, bespoke pieces and luxury watches.
With a showroom in the heart of London and a growing online store, our collections range from everyday pieces to statement designs, alongside a bespoke service for customers looking to create something completely unique.
Social media and digital marketing have played a huge part in the growth of Rankins, especially over the past 5 years, helping us build a loyal and highly engaged customer base across the UK. We're still in the early stages of our digital journey, with plenty of opportunity to build on what we've achieved so far, develop new channels and strengthen our online presence.
We're a fast-moving and ambitious business, with new products, collections and ideas launching regularly. As Rankins continues to grow, we're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the next stage of our marketing and help shape how the brand develops digitally.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Rankins at an important stage of its growth, build on strong foundations and take our marketing to the next level.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, creative and commercially minded Marketing Manager to take ownership of Rankins' marketing and help drive the next stage of our digital growth.
This is a varied and hands-on role covering social media, content, email marketing, influencer marketing, website development, campaigns and events. You'll be responsible for developing the strategy across these areas, while also being closely involved in bringing ideas and campaigns to life.
You'll work closely with the wider Rankins team and external partners to build on our existing digital presence, explore new opportunities and create marketing activity that strengthens the brand, engages our customers and ultimately drives growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
