Description

Marketing Manager, Outdoor

Reporting of the Role

This role reports to Head of Product Marketing - Outdoor & DAX Outdoor

Overview of Job

Are you a commercially minded marketer with a passion for creativity, innovation and big ideas? Global owns the UK’s No.1 Outdoor network, reaching 95% of the UK population across billboards, buses, the London Underground, airports and digital networks. As Outdoor evolves through data, technology and creativity, we’re looking for a marketer who can help shape what’s next.

As Marketing Manager, Outdoor, you’ll lead marketing for key parts of our Outdoor portfolio, creating campaigns and go-to-market activity that inspire advertisers and agencies. You’ll shape product positioning, influence commercial priorities and help bring new ideas to market.

Working in the Commercial Marketing team, you’ll partner closely with Business Development, Agency Sales, Outdoor Operations and Partnerships to deliver marketing that drives value. You’ll lead strategic workstreams across our TfL estate, BT Street Hub network and bus portfolio.

You’ll oversee standout campaigns, sales materials, events and communications that reinforce Global’s market leadership, making sure every activation is insight-led, creative and customer-focused. You’ll also lead AI adoption across Outdoor Marketing, identifying smarter ways of working.

We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with excellent delivery. You’ll be commercially minded, organised and a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities and turning ambitious ideas into impactful marketing. Curious, collaborative and proactive, you’ll be comfortable influencing stakeholders and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
