Marketing Manager - Epsom, Kempton & Sandown Racecourses, London Region | Full-Time / Permanent

Up to £43k + excellent benefits including healthcare, wellbeing support, 23 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, meals on duty, and more.

We're looking for...

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Marketing Manager to help grow conference and events revenue across three iconic London racecourses: Sandown Park, Epsom Downs and Kempton Park. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, wants ownership of their own marketing plans, and is excited by the chance to shape how these unique venues are promoted beyond race days. You’ll lead campaigns across meetings, conferences, exhibitions, celebrations and private events, working closely with venue teams and sales colleagues to turn great spaces, stories and experiences into enquiries and bookings.

This is a hands-on role for someone who likes making things happen. You’ll be trusted to plan and deliver integrated campaigns, spot commercial opportunities, create engaging content and bring fresh ideas to a portfolio of venues with serious potential. We’re looking for someone creative, organised and confident working with different stakeholders, with the drive to test, learn and keep improving performance.

Given the multi-site nature of this role, it is essential that you hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle to carry out regular travel between venues and HQ.

Trusted by some of the world's most iconic stadiums, entertainment venues, and major events from Wimbledon and Twickenham to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Edgbaston, the SEC and Excel London we bring experiences to life with passion and precision.

Our mission is to succeed the right way. From pioneering tech and seamless operations to show-stopping menus and exceptional service, we use insight and innovation to understand guests, improve the customer journey, reduce environmental impact, and support local communities.

We are a passionate, diverse team of venue specialists dedicated to making the planet better for future generations.

  • Own the marketing and communications calendar, ensuring all content, campaigns, events, seasonal opportunities and relevant national days can be seen at a glance and are planned and executed.
  • Proactively identify key focus periods and implement campaigns that support commercial objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
