Are you a hands-on B2B marketer who loves the variety of doing it all, strategy one day, content creation the next, and an event the week after? This could be the role for you.

Intelliscape, formerly the Intelligent Transport Systems Division of SEA and now part of Modaxo, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function. This is an opportunity to shape how we communicate our value across the intelligent transport systems market, supporting transport authorities and infrastructure owners in improving safety, reducing air pollution and enhancing transport efficiency across the UK and USA.

This is a part-time position (0.5 FTE) offering a high degree of flexibility while remaining central to the business. Reporting closely to the Sales & Marketing Director and working alongside senior leadership, sales, product and delivery colleagues, the successful candidate will translate technical capability and customer insight into effective campaigns, content and communications that support commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Develop and manage Intelliscape's marketing plan, ensuring alignment with sales priorities, product positioning and business growth objectives
  • Manage the marketing budget and evaluate return on investment, campaign performance and contribution to the sales pipeline
  • Produce high-quality content, including case studies, white papers, customer stories and sales collateral, translating technical capability into clear, commercially relevant messaging
  • Oversee external communications, public relations, brand positioning and reputation management
  • Manage the company website, social media channels and internal communications, including intranet content
  • Plan and deliver events, exhibitions, webinars and customer forums
  • Support account-based marketing activity for key customers, frameworks and strategic opportunities
  • Report on marketing performance and drive continuous improvement of processes, templates and content resources

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
