Marketing Manager London, St James’s £50,000 to £55,000 Hybrid, around 2 days from home
If you are a social first marketer who wants real ownership of a brand, this could be a very good move. We are working with a growing hospitality group bringing established US food and drink brands into the UK and wider international markets. Their first concept is already live in central London, combining a high energy premium casual concept with a bar. Now they are looking for their first full-time marketing hire.
You will be the person closest to the brand day to day. Creating content, growing the audience, building the community, and making sure people are talking about it.
What you will be doing
- Owning organic social from strategy through to shooting, editing, posting, and community management
- Creating short form content in and around the venue
- Running email, CRM, campaigns, flows, and loyalty communications
- Building and managing creator and influencer relationships
- Planning the monthly marketing calendar across launches, events, partnerships, and cultural moments
- Managing website updates, listings, local partnerships, and press visits
- Tracking what is working and doing more of it

What they are looking for
- Around 5 years or more in marketing with a passion for all things brand
- Strong social and content creation skills, including shooting and editing yourself
- Experience owning channels and results with a good level of autonomy
- Good email and CRM knowledge
- Experience working with creators and influencers
- A strong feel for food, music, nightlife, and culture
- Someone comfortable working in a fast-moving business where not everything is already figured out

Hospitality experience is useful but not essential.
Experience with franchise, licensed, or international brands would also be a big plus.
You will report into an experienced fractional CMO, so you will have senior support without someone looking over your shoulder every day.
The role is designed to grow as the business adds more sites and more brands.
