The opportunity
We are partnering with a growing hospitality and lifestyle group to appoint a Marketing Manager. This role will develop and deliver strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand recognition, increase customer engagement, and support commercial growth. Working across social media, digital marketing, and public relations, you will ensure every campaign and customer touchpoint feels connected, distinctive, and on-brand.
What you'll be responsible for
Strategy and planning
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with wider business and growth objectives.
- Use market, audience, and competitor insight to identify trends, opportunities, and evolving customer needs.
- Build and maintain an integrated marketing calendar covering key campaigns, launches, and brand activity.
Campaign management
- Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns from brief through to reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to keep activity aligned, on time, and commercially focused.
- Manage the creation and production of marketing materials and brand collateral.

Collaboration and communications
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager to connect social activity with the wider marketing strategy.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to optimise digital reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Collaborate with the Head of PR to maintain clear and consistent messaging across all channels.
Brand and experiences
- Protect and enhance the brand's positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across every customer touchpoint.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, content production, and brand-led activity, including photoshoots.
Budget and performance
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively across channels and campaigns.
- Track expenditure and ensure activity is delivered within agreed budgets and timelines.
- Define and monitor relevant KPIs, reporting on performance, ROI, and actionable insights.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a marketing management role, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, leisure, or another consumer-led environment.
- Strong integrated campaign experience across brand, digital, social, PR, and experiential channels.
- A commercially minded marketer who can connect creative ideas with measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
- Confident using marketing data and analytics to evaluate performance and shape future activity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to brand consistency and detail.
- A collaborative, proactive approach and the confidence to influence across different functions.
