Marketing Manager

Application Deadline: 31 August 2026

Department: Sales

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Remote - UK

Reporting To: Managing Director

Compensation: £40,000 - £55,000 / year

Description

About Clearooms

Clearooms is a profitable, growing British B2B SaaS business. We help organisations across multiple sectors and countries manage their workspace: desks, meeting rooms, parking, open spaces and visitors. Our customer base spans Government, Legal, Finance, Education and many other industries.

Why we are hiring

We are hiring our first in-house Marketing Manager. We want a hands-on player-coach: someone who personally writes, ships, measures, edits and improves. Not a manager-of-managers (yet). And we want someone who is genuinely excited about using AI tools to do all of those things faster and better than the next firm in our market. Building an AI-native marketing function from day one is a meaningful part of why this role exists.

Key Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Own Clearooms' demand-generation engine end to end, including strategy, execution and measurement
  • Manage all website changes, content updates, landing pages and conversion-rate optimisation across clearooms.com (a core, day-to-day part of the role)
  • Take ownership of content, SEO, paid acquisition, organic social, review sites and PR
  • Lead the commercial launch of our new comprehensive Visitor Management product in September 2026, our flagship product release of FY27
  • Build Clearooms into an AI-native marketing function across content, research, personalisation, automation and analytics
  • Co-ordinate our existing marketing agency relationship and bring more capability in-house over time
  • Partner with sales (HubSpot) on enablement, ABM and pipeline coverage
  • Report directly to the Co-Founder/ Managing Director

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

What we are looking for

  • 5 to 8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally at a scale-up
  • A hands-on operator who personally writes, edits, briefs and measures
  • Strong content and inbound DNA, including long-form writing, SEO and lifecycle marketing
  • Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Search Console.
  • Demonstrable AI-tool fluency: you have shipped real work using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney or Surfer, and you can talk credibly about how you use AI and where the limits are
  • Track record of moving real commercial numbers, not vanity metrics

AI integration: a first-class part of the role

Clearooms is committed to building an AI-native marketing function. This is not a "nice to have" or an experimental sandbox. It is a core expectation of the role. The Marketing Manager will personally use AI tooling daily, evaluate new tools quarterly, and own how AI is used across the marketing function.

We expect daily, working use of:

  • AI content tools (Claude, ChatGPT or similar)
  • AI image and video generation (Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, Synthesia or similar)
  • AI-driven SEO tooling (Surfer SEO, Clearscope, MarketMuse)
  • HubSpot's native AI features
  • AI workflow automation (Zapier AI Actions, Make.com, n8n)

Quality bar: AI generates first drafts; you edit, ship and are accountable for quality. We do not ship AI output that has not been read, edited and approved by a human. Brand voice, factual accuracy and customer privacy are non-negotiable.

Benefits

Package

  • £40,000 to £55,000 base salary, depending on experience
  • Performance-related bonus tied to FY27 marketing targets
  • 24 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays
  • Hybrid working pattern, UK-based, with flexibility day to day
  • Full marketing-stack tooling budget paid, including AI tooling subscriptions of your choice
  • Pension: standard UK auto-enrolment
  • Personal development: conferences, courses and books budget; quarterly external mentor catch-ups if you would value them
