Role Overview

Inova DC is a growing data centre infrastructure business focused on reliable, scalable, and forward-looking solutions across data centre environments, AI/ML infrastructure, liquid cooling, and bespoke system solutions, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and customer collaboration. The Marketing Manager will lead the company’s marketing strategy, strengthen brand positioning, generate qualified demand, and support commercial growth across priority markets.

Job Description

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and executing Inova DC’s end-to-end marketing function. This role is suited to a commercially minded B2B marketer who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery across digital marketing, content, campaigns, events, product positioning, and sales enablement.

Working closely with leadership, sales, product, and external partners, the Marketing Manager will help translate Inova DC’s technical capabilities into clear market messaging that resonates with data centre operators, consultants, integrators, enterprise customers, and AI infrastructure stakeholders. The role will also ensure that Inova DC’s sustainability-led brand and innovation story are consistently reflected across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver Inova DC’s marketing strategy in line with business growth goals.
  • Own brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition across the company’s product and service portfolio.
  • Plan and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns to generate leads and build pipeline.
  • Manage website content, SEO, email marketing, LinkedIn activity, and digital campaign performance.
  • Create high-quality marketing content including brochures, case studies, presentations, thought leadership articles, product sheets, and customer success stories.
  • Support go-to-market activity for new solutions, launches, partnerships, and market initiatives.
  • Work closely with sales to produce compelling sales enablement materials and improve lead conversion.
  • Coordinate Inova DC’s presence at industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Build PR, media, and industry visibility for the business through announcements, interviews, and speaking opportunities.
  • Manage external agencies, designers, copywriters, and digital partners where required.
  • Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance, campaign ROI, lead quality, and brand engagement.
  • Help shape internal marketing processes, reporting, and best practice as the company scales.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
