We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a growing professional services business and play a key role in delivering its marketing and business development strategy.
This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership of campaigns, creating strong content and working closely with senior stakeholders to turn commercial objectives into effective marketing activity.
The role
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and wider Business Development team, you’ll be responsible for delivering multi-channel campaigns that raise the firm’s profile, engage clients and prospects, and support continued business growth.
Responsibilities will include:
- Delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital and client communications
- Producing high-quality content including articles, thought leadership, case studies, service propositions and marketing collateral
- Working with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to turn complex topics into clear, engaging content
- Developing email marketing, nurture campaigns and targeted audience journeys
- Using CRM and campaign analytics to measure performance and improve future activity
- Supporting paid LinkedIn and social media campaigns
- Managing and developing website content
- Supporting events, webinars, conferences and other profile-raising activity
- Working closely with Business Development colleagues on campaigns designed to generate new opportunities and deepen existing client relationships
- Supporting and coaching more junior members of the marketing team

What we’re looking for
You’ll ideally have experience within professional services, financial services or another B2B environment, with a strong track record of delivering marketing campaigns from planning through to execution.

You should bring:
- Strong B2B marketing and campaign experience
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
- Good commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing supports business development
- Experience with CRM, email marketing and campaign analytics
- Strong organisation and project management skills
- A proactive, collaborative and hands-on approach
Experience within pensions or financial services would be beneficial, but is not essential.
This would suit an established Marketing Manager or a strong Senior Marketing Executive / Campaigns Manager ready to take on broader responsibility within a growing and highly regarded professional services environment.
