Marketing Manager – Luxury Travel Brand, Manchester
Salary: Competitive
We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join an established luxury travel brand based in Manchester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional who is passionate about luxury travel, brand storytelling, PR and creative campaigns, and who enjoys working across a broad range of traditional marketing channels.
This is not a heavily digital-focused role. Instead, the position has a strong emphasis on brand, communications and offline marketing, including PR, events, brochures, direct marketing, press advertising and TV.
Requirements:
- Working closely with the wider commercial and creative teams, you will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing activity that brings the brand and its destinations to life.
- Developing and delivering the annual marketing plan in line with the wider brand and commercial strategy.
- Managing PR activity, working with agencies and media contacts to generate strong brand exposure.
- Planning and coordinating events, launches and promotional activity.
- Managing the production of high-quality brochures and printed marketing collateral, from concept through to delivery.
- Overseeing direct email campaigns and customer communications.
- Working on TV commercials, from briefing and creative development through to production and delivery.
- Supporting and coordinating TV programmes and filming opportunities to showcase the brand and its destinations.
- Managing press advertising campaigns, ensuring creative and messaging are aligned with the wider brand.
- Working closely with creative agencies, PR agencies, media partners and production companies.
- Managing marketing budgets and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensuring consistency of the brand across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
- Monitoring campaign performance and using insight to continually improve activity.

Responsibilities:
- We are looking for someone with a strong grounding in brand marketing and communications, ideally gained within luxury travel, hospitality, tourism, retail or another premium consumer environment.
- You will ideally have experience across several of the following: PR and media relations, events and brand activations, brochure and print production, direct marketing and email campaigns, TV advertising and production, TV programmes, filming or media partnerships, press advertising, agency management and/or campaign planning and execution.
- You don't need to be a digital marketing specialist. We are particularly interested in someone who understands brand, storytelling and traditional marketing, and who can manage multiple creative projects from initial concept through to delivery.
- You'll be highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and external agencies.
- Just as importantly, you'll have a genuine eye for quality and understand what it takes to market a premium, aspirational brand.
