About The Role

The Marketing Manager position with Pertemps London is a full-time, temporary contract based in London, paying £20.51 per hour. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the office, supporting an award-winning accommodation and lifestyle brand. You will lead multi-channel campaigns for both B2C and B2B audiences, working closely with senior stakeholders to strengthen brand presence and engagement. The Role

You’ll lead marketing activity across B2C and B2B audiences, shaping brand presence, driving engagement and supporting strategic initiatives. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll deliver innovative campaigns, oversee internal and external communications, and identify opportunities to enhance brand reach.

The role reports into the Group Director of Marketing, Brand & Communications and is based in the office three days per week (Monday is a core team day).

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign leadership — Deliver multi-channel campaigns across B2C and B2B audiences with strong brand consistency.
  • Brand strategy — Build brand awareness, strengthen stakeholder relationships and support wider brand initiatives.
  • Commercial growth — Identify partnerships and new revenue opportunities.
  • Communications — Oversee internal/external communications and coordinate events.
  • Budget ownership — Manage budgets, forecasting and campaign reporting.
  • Awards & initiatives — Lead award submissions and contribute to strategic projects.
  • Team leadership — Support and develop the Graphic Designer.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong track record delivering creative, brand-led campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of brand strategy and execution.
  • Experience supporting brand change or rebrand activity.
  • Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
  • Experience managing multiple brands/products within a group structure.
  • Proficient in Canva.
