Marketing Manager | Leeds (Hybrid) | up to £50,000 DOE

A fantastic opportunity to join the UK's fastest-growing technology academy, helping to shape the future world of technology.

Corecom Tech Academy is a multi-award-winning, inclusive and diverse technology academy committed to creating equitable opportunities for those looking to work in tech. We recruit, train and develop amazing tech talent and place them into some of the UK's most recognised organisations.

We're growing, and it's time our marketing grew with us. We're looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing function as player-coach, setting the strategic direction for our brand and line managing a Brand & Content Executive, staying hands-on in the detail alongside them.

The Role

This is a strategic leadership role with a hands-on edge and genuine line management responsibility. You'll set the direction and own the positioning, then line manage a Brand & Content Executive, directing their day-to-day delivery and owning their performance and development, while stepping in yourself where it's needed.

You'll be instrumental in shifting our marketing to a confident B2B presence, developing the language, content and campaigns that resonate with the enterprise, financial services, defence and public sector organisations we work with.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Setting and owning marketing strategy, and contributing to our wider growth plan.
  • Leading the Corecom Tech Academy brand, working closely with leadership and senior stakeholders.
  • Line managing a Brand & Content Executive, including 1:1s, performance management and development, as well as day-to-day player-coach direction on content calendar, campaign priorities and creative direction.
  • Building sales collateral and campaign strategy alongside our sales team.
  • Owning website, SEO and performance strategy.
  • Representing us at industry panels, events and partner sessions.
  • Bringing a strong, consistent identity to a brand that's ready for its next chapter.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
