About the Company

A fast-growing consumer brand is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own marketing execution and help drive UK and European growth. This is a broad role for someone who can move between strategy, creative, and execution. You’ll work closely with the founder and external partners, with real ownership over the brand and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the brand across all customer-facing channels.
  • Manage and improve the Shopify website, landing pages, and conversion funnel.
  • Plan, create, and publish organic social content.
  • Own creative strategy and briefs for paid acquisition.
  • Manage external paid media and marketplace agencies.
  • Write copy for ads, email, website, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Create and manage digital, print, retail, and campaign assets.
  • Lead product and campaign launches from idea to execution.
  • Build influencer, affiliate, and ambassador campaigns.
  • Coordinate photography, video, and ongoing content production.
  • Build a repeatable content creation process.
  • Own email marketing and retention activity.
  • Track revenue, CAC, conversion, retention, and channel performance.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve growth.
  • Recruit and manage a junior marketing / creative team member.
  • Manage freelancers, agencies, and external creative partners.
  • Work closely with the founder and wider team on commercial priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
